There is a flat rate for the weddings held in the Forum or in the Centrum.
This fee includes the service of our music coordinator/organist, the wedding coordinator, security for five hours, and maid service for the clean-up of the brides and groom’s room. For weddings held in the Centrum, the price also includes the services of the sound and lighting technician. These prices include the wedding rehearsal and ceremony with the use of the bride’s room and groom’s room. The Activity Room includes room charge, security and clean-up. These fees are additional to your base fee.
If additional time is required for usage of the Centrum, Forum, Activity Room, gymnasium, large kitchen and Rooms 30-33, the community center office will provide a hourly rate schedule which is in addition to above stated fees. Usage charge begins when user begins decorating and ends when user vacates. Clean-Up Our maid must be in attendance at all events where food is served in the Narthex and Conference Rooms. In addition, for weddings held in the Centrum, the maid must be in attendance starting at the time the ceremony set-up begins. No equipment or left over food may be left in the facility and must be removed immediately following the event. User will be subject to additional charges for any remaining equipment or disposal of left over refreshments or decorations.

These fees are for candelabra rental at your Event.
These fees are for clean-up at your Event.
In order to hold the facility for a certain date, a deposit is required.
The deposit for the wedding is applied to the total fee with the remainder due ONE WEEK prior to the wedding date. The security deposit for the use of the activity room will be applied against any excess hours of usage or damage to the facility. If no excess hours or damages occur, deposit will be returned to the user two weeks following the event. Additional maintenance fees will also be billed for additional usage. Decorating of the facilities may occur during the day of the event. Any additional hours needed for decorating of the Activity Room for rehearsal dinners or receptions on any day other than the date of the event, will be at $65 per hour.
