The Annex includes a full court gymnasium, commercial kitchen, and fourteen classrooms and meeting rooms of varying sizes. On the lower level are five elementary size classrooms. A gated preschool playground is located on the west side of the Annex Building.

The full-court gymnasium is used regularly by many AAU basketball youth leagues as well as other athletic groups, ping pong, and volleyball leagues. It is also a favorite location for hosting Craft Shows and Markets, Model Train Shows, Special Olympics dances, as well as large group dinners, celebrations, and major events.

On the second level are twelve meeting rooms of varying sizes that are scheduled and used by a myriad of diverse non-profit organizations. Groups include Quan Ji Chinese Dancers, Northwest Chinese School, Drama Kids, Harris County Juvenile Justice Safe Visitation, Anger Management Classes, ARK parenting classes, ESL, free seniors tax preparation, summer music camps, 1960 PC Users, High School UIL competition, Mothers of Multiples, Deseret Homeschool Science classes, IHN housing for the temporarily homeless families and a host of other activities.

Also located on the first floor is The Interface Samaritan Counseling Center, which occupies 8 community offices and has provided affordable professional counseling services for area families and individuals regardless of age, ethnicity, faith orientation, or ability to pay for forty years. Interface is fully accredited by the international Samaritan Institute and serves as a member of the Samaritan Ministry, one of the largest providers of professional counseling in the United States.
